Our Story

In 2014 we began providing locally sourced food from our urban garden and our bee hives at our rural yards.

Our passion and desire to do more brought us to the Comox Valley in 2021 where we began our search for land to continue our beekeeping, expand our market garden and begin other farm enterprises.

Through the BC Land Match Program we entered into a lease of a century old farm in the Strachan Valley on Hornby Island, BC.

 

Since arriving on Hornby Island in 2022 we have added laying hens, sheep and a market garden to the farm in addition to our bees.

We provide our eggs and produce through weekly delivery to Hornby Island residents, at the Island's Farmers' Market from May to October, through the Co-op and at our farm stand.
